Returns & Exchanges

At Pertronix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Pertronix account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
